Topcoat Construction: if the local repair scheme is adopted, the topcoat can be directly sprayed or brushed to meet the original design thickness requirements after the intermediate paint construction meets the thickness standard and meets the requirements of point 3. If the scheme of full construction finish is adopted, the outer surface of the whole tower shall be thoroughly cleaned after the intermediate paint construction reaches the thickness standard. Cleaning method: use 80-100 mesh abrasive cloth to scrub the coated surface, remove the powdered layer, dirt and dirt on the surface of the old coating, and use chemical cleaning to remove the oil stain on the part with oil stain, so that the coated surface can be completely cleaned and then the finish coat can be sprayed.
