1. introduction

The fully enclosed box structure is adopted. The steel structure is made of Q345B. The traveling structure adopts a suit type three in one reducer, four sets of trolley type, and eight traveling wheels. The wheel with a diameter of 630mm with VFD driving system for traveling. One VFD controls four sets of motors to travel stably.

The chain bucket mechanism is provided with a locking device and interlock protection device.

Locking device: when the bucket elevator rises to the limited position, the locking device can be automatically activated, and the weight of the tipping mechanism can be borne by the locking device through the hydraulic push rod mechanism, which can prevent casualties and equipment damage accidents caused by the sliding of the bucket lifting mechanism due to brake failure, and also extend the service life of the steel wire rope.

Interlocking protection device: when the bucket elevator rises to the limit position, the traffic light will automatically turn green, which can facilitate the train driver to identify whether the unloader is working and whether it can enter the station

The chain bucket limestone unloader also has other interlocking protection, such as the interlocking between the rail clamp and the traveling mechanism, the interlocking between the belt conveyor and the tipper mechanism, the interlocking between the door of the operating room and the main power supply (i.e. the door cannot be closed, and the main power supply cannot be supplied), which can ensure that the chain elevator limestone unloader works in a safe environment state all year round and improve the operation rate.

The bottom of the chain bucket is equipped with a large scraper chain protection device, which can not only thoroughly clean the materials but also never damage the wagon. When the chain bucket is working, the scraper device plays the role of scraping the materials. The scraper material is 16Mn, so as to reduce the surplus of materials as much as possible and reduce the labor intensity of workers. The discharging rate is greater than 99% and the remaining material is less than 1 ton.

The chain bucket teeth are made of material 60Si2Mn alloy wear-resistant plate, which increases the service life by 3-4 times compared with the ordinary wear-resistant plate.

The electrical components for the chain bucket unloader are all Siemens, ABB or Schneider products. Thermal insulation materials and air conditioners (Brand: Gree) are used in the operator cab. Tempered glass is used in the operation room, and an electric wiper is worn, The operator cab environment is comfortable.
